Fairmont Zimbali Resort specializes in personalized conference arrangements for small to large groups of up to 180 guests. A wide range of audiovisual aids and state-of-the-art equipment is available to delegates in the Sanderling meeting room or in the Marula Ballroom.

Fairmont Zimbali Lodge offers three different conference venues, seating up to 80 delegates. The Imbiso Room overlooks the golf course, the Tugela Room features ocenviews and the Umgeni Room is a small board room type venue.

The conference centre consists of two rooms. The Hiati Room which is the main room can seat a maximum of 90 delegates in a cinema style and up to 65 delegates in a school room style. The second room is the Executive Boardroom wich can seat up to 12 delegates.
