This stunning 3 bedroom raised ground floor apartment, is situated in the exclusive Zimbali Beach Estate.

The unit is sea-facing with a short walk of approx. 30 metres to the beach gate.

The open-plan dining/lounge/kitchen caters for all your needs, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, while the lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD and DSTV (please bring your own smart card). Leading off the lounge is a wooden deck with 180 degree views of the dolphin coastline.

There are three en-suite bedrooms - the main bedroom leads off the lounge and has a king size bed, TV and a balcony with sea views, the en-suite bathroom has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom has two double beds, a TV and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, has a double garage and comes with a Weber braai.
Please note that this unit is not suitable for toddlers as the balcony is not very child friendly.
