Ideal Conference and Workshop Getaway

This magnificent property situated in Milkwood Drive is perfect for a small conference group or family.

The house has a garage which can house 4 cars and has two golf carts.

The main entrance to the house is through double doors which open up onto an atrium. Leading directly off the atrium is a spacious board room; nearby a stairway which leads up to the bedrooms. 
There is a living room flows onto a wooden deck with 180 degree spectacular sea view and a large gas barbeque.
  
To the right of the living room is a formal dining room which can seat 14 people very comfortably. 

The gourmet kitchen is accessed through the dining room. A walk-in cold room and separate scullery form part of the fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast room allows for a sunny, breakfast sit-down with table and chairs seating 10 people in total and an additional baby chair.

To the left of the living room is a guest toilet and TV lounge with large flat screen TV and full DSTV.  The TV lounge leads onto a pool deck with outdoor seating for 14 people.  The rim flow pool, flows into a second pool situated at the bottom of the terraced garden.

There are 5 bedrooms which can be found at the top of the stairs leading off the atrium. 
The main bedroom has a wrap around balcony offering full sea views. A semi- private lounge area has a big flat-screen TV, a king sized bed, walk through cupboard and large bathroom with steam shower, bath and two private toilets on opposite sides of the bathroom.  The bed is a king size bed.

The First bedroom has a king size bed, balcony with sea views, walk through cupboard and bathroom with steam shower and bath.  There is also a TV and safe in this room.

The second and third bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower only, while the fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath.

There are two more bedrooms which are separate to the house, situated in the garden off the pool area.  Both these bedrooms have twin single beds in each and en-suite bathrooms.  These rooms have overhead fans above the beds.

The TV lounge off the pool deck leads down stairs to the main entertainment room, this room is made up of three sections – the first section is a relaxed sitting / card room.  This leads through to an entertainment area with full size snooker table and bar, which in turn leads to a sports lounge with big flat screen TV.

The house has air-conditioning throughout.
