The home sleeps 10 people and consists of 5 Double bedrooms comprising of 2 King Size, 1 Queen Size Master bedroom suites and 2 Twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Four of the luxurious en-suite Bathrooms comprises of both bath and showers. This home is fully air-conditioned has a Formal Lounge, Family Room, large Playroom (Boardroom) and 2 large patios, which overlooks the 13th, 14th greens and 15th fairway, forest and lakes.

Separate to the apartment, just off the downstairs balcony, there is the 5th en-suite bedroom with two twin beds, this bedroom has its own entrance.

The fully equipped Beachwood and Granite kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, microwave, double door stainless steel fridge and a double oven and hob. The separate scullery is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble drier.

Set on the large wooden upper deck is a stainless steel Multi-braai gas operated barbecue. The decks are fully furnished with two lounge suites and two outdoor dining suites. A 4-seater Golf cart is available upon request.

A games room (with pool table) can be opened on request
