This double storey house has a double garage and own golf cart.  As you enter the house through the double doors, the passage opens up onto a plant filled atrium which in turn opens onto the outdoor patio with seating, splash pool and built-in gas barbeque. 

Indoors, downstairs the house has a combined kitchen and dining room with seating for 6 people at the comfortable dining table. The outdoor patio has a 10 seater dining table.  There is a separate scullery with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.  The comfortable lounge opens onto the patio and has a TV, DVD and DSTV. The DVD is also a Video player.  Next door to the lounge is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs you will find another 3 bedrooms. Two of them are en-suite and the other has it's own bathroom across the hallway.
